Whether your focus is on athletic development, sports performance, injury management or general health and well-being, a specific training program can assist you to achieve your optimal performance.


STRENGTH and conditioning

Strength and conditioning coaching for individuals and groups promoting athletic development through improvements in strength, speed, power, mobility, aerobic conditioning, agility and functional movement patterns. A periodised strength program can be designed to meet individual or team performance goals and will involve regular coaching, technique analysis, performance testing, program review and exercise progressions. Suitable for athletes of all ages from juniors to weekend warriors through to elite and professional athletes. Sessions are provided in a semi-private environment, within a team setting or via online coaching.

STRENGTH and conditioning FOR ENDURANCE ATHLETES

Specific exercise prescription and strength coaching to improve endurance performance for triathletes, cyclists, runners, swimmers or surf sports athletes. A periodised strength training program is paramount to improve strength, power, speed, mobility and develop resilience to reduce fatigue in training and competition. Specific strength training can correct muscular and postural imbalances, improve weaknesses and reduce injuries brought about by the nature of repetitive endurance training. Sessions are provided in a semi-private environment and via online coaching.


INJURY MANAGEMENT AND REHABILITATION

Professional exercise prescription and injury management for athletes and active individuals delivered specifically to enhance the rehab pathway and improve functional capacity in the return to sport and activity. Exercise interventions can also include strength and performance testing to guide the return to sport and reduce the risk of further injuries. Services can be provided via online programming.

triathlon coaching and programming

Individualised custom triathlon coaching for triathletes and multi-sport athletes of all levels and distances from sprint up to Ironman. A periodised program can help athletes improve in all 3 disciplines and assist in reaching performance goals. Specific programming will develop aerobic capacity, improve muscular endurance, develop strength and power and promote efficiency of movement through optimal techniques. FTP testing available for athletes training with power or heart rate to determine specific training zones. Additional education can be provided around effective recovery techniques, nutrition, mobility and injury prevention.

SPORTS SPECIFIC TRAINING

Training programs designed to improve performance in your chosen sport with assessment and functional movement analysis and exercise prescription to improve all aspects of performance such as strength, power, speed, hypertrophy and mobility to promote optimal athletic performance and reduce injuries. Group training sessions are also available for Clubs or Teams specifically developed for the requirements of the sport, athletic abilities and performance goals.
